LS-1246B Automatic smart rigid box making machine is an ideal
machine for customer who has changable orders. It including the box
corner pasting, paper feeding&gluing, box
feeding&positioning, box wraping and air pressing at one time.
Cardboard feeding structure: Place the cardboard on the table, the cardboard will be sucked and
separated by the vacuum nozzle, and then transferred to the center
of the spindle through the roller belt to wait for the spindle to
form. When loading paper, you can use the button on the left to
raise or lower the platen.
Corner pasting : the tape is hot-melted and pasted by the heating copper head. The
main shaft mold presses the cardboard into the limit plate and then
the box is folded by the copper head. Return the material.
Box take-out structure: Take down the corner-attached box embryo and make it stably fall
on the box embryo conveyor belt.
