Four Sides Automatic Hard Cover Making Machine For Book & Wine Hard Cover

The automatic hard cover four side making machine is applied folding the hardcover.It has two feature:the belt pressing hard cover four side and conveyer.

Working process:After paper gluing and board positioning. It is will pressing the four sides of hardcover by belt automatically. It will folding the long side first. Then the remote side folding, at the end, folding the front side.

Operation steps of Four-side wrapping machine

Note: Before adjusting the machine, change the conveying speed and manual speed to 10 for easy adjustment, and then change back to the original setting. (Best conveyor belt speed is 30, best manual speed is 30.

1. Adjust the two-side wrapping first. Place the cardboard to be produced where the belt of the two-side wrapping is erected.

2.Adjust four side: First shake the hand wheel of the four-sided edge binding machine to separate the two sides, which are wider than the cardboard. Push the positioning cylinder over the length of the cardboard, then point the conveying forward, conveying the cardboard to the four sides.

3. Positioning: place the cardboard at the turning board position, level with the turnover plate, move the positioning cylinder, counter the other end of the cardboard, lock the handle screw, move the turnover plate, press the tablet, place it at one third of the tail end of the ash board, and lock it. Both sides of the push plate and tablet should be placed symmetrically and locked (the tablet should be lifted and fixed, not locked).

4. Click "Jog edgefold" to push the push plate in place (you can put your hand on the tablet and feel it while you click it. It feels that the tablet is obviously moving, indicating that the push plate is in place). After the push plate is in place, shake the handle, and all four push plates can be pushed to the cardboard.

5. Click "Jog edgefold" to let the tablet press down (put your hand on the corner making wheel, as above, and feel that the angle making wheel moves obviously, indicating that the tablet pressing is in place.) After in place, let the pressing tablet gently stick to the ash board and lock it (the front two tablets should be properly pressed, and the back should not be adjusted after adjustment)

6. Click "Jog edgefold" to push out the angle wheel. It is not necessary to push it in place. The gap between the cardboard and the angle wheel can be clearly seen. A millimeter gap should be left between the angle making wheel and the ash board, and the locking should be carried out (all four corner wheels should be adjusted).

7. Click "alarm reset" to restore the conveying speed, and the folding speed can be adjusted automatically. The speed ratio can be adjusted according to the size of the cardboard. 2 times, 3 times, 4 times. If the 2x2x speed exceeds 20 origami speed, the origami speed will be automatically adjusted to 40. Click "Start" to run the machine.
