Introduction:

LS-450plus Visual box positioning machine is an automatic production equipment integrating gluing and positioning

This machine mainly feature is positioning the rigid box & plastic box .

1. Paper feeding table:Paper can be placed on the table and separated by a feeder. When the paper is reduced, the table will automatically rise to the paper suction position. When reloading paper, the table needs to be lowered manually, and the table can be raised or lowered by the side button.

2. Feeder feeding paper:Neatly stacked sheets of paper are fed into the gluing mechanism separately.

3. Gluing system:The paper feeder feeds the paper into the roller. After the roller works, the glue is evenly coated on the surface of the paper. The scraper separates the surface paper from the roller, and the paper is transported to the positioning position by the conveyor belt.

   Press box: Position the finished face paper and reinforce the bottom of the box.

4. Paper roller:The paper that has not been positioned with the box or the residual paper on the conveyor belt is recycled to reduce the probability of secondary scrapping.

5. Glue tank:After the glue is melted, it is sent to the glue passing mechanism, and the glue can be heated for a specific time.
