Applications:
LS-F7 Carton Box Strapping Machine is applied for wrapping the
cover paper on the pasted box. When we get a new box,only installed
the box mold on machine, input its data on the LS-F7 touch screen.
Including the box length, width,and height, cover paper width, top
mold height, middle mold height and tucking in blade thickness.
After the machine automaticalliy calculated, machine will automaitc
come to home position and move to setting position. Load a box to
checking the setting and ensure each setting is fine. Then machine
can start working. Whole process will cost 8 minutes.
Features:
This machine completes hemming, (hemming length ≤ 100mm), hemming
and air pressure at one time. There is no need to replace the air
pressure plate and take up the film. The air pressure structure is
divided into upper and lower layers, and the whole machine takes 3
seconds
It is the ideal equipment for changing small orders.
