LS-450plus Multi-Function Packaging Machine For Paper Box Packing & Book Cover & Cellphone Box

Introduction:

During the transportation process, the LS-450plus visual box positioning machine is divided into multiple different parts for packaging. The whole machine is divided into several independent parts. The surface of each part is covered with a transparent thin plastic film to prevent dust and rainwater from entering. The machine is then packed into a suitable wooden box to prevent the machine from getting wet and rusting. After being shipped to the destination, the various parts are assembled into a complete production line.



Machine parts:

1. Gluing machine (gluing on tissue paper): Separates individual sheets of tissue paper, applies glue evenly on the tissue paper through the roller, and then transports the glued tissue paper to the box embryo positioning part by the conveyor belt.
2. Positioning machine (box embryo positioning): Use a robot to grab the gray board (or box embryo), and accurately position it on the glued tissue paper through the camera.
3. Shell machine (gray board conveying): The motor rotates to drive the rotation of the belt to indirectly drive the movement of the blade on the gray board feeding shank to transport the gray board to the position where the robot grasps the shell.

1. Paper loading platen: The facial paper can be placed on the platen, and the paper will be separated by feeder paper feeding. When the facial paper is reduced, the platen will automatically rise to the paper suction position. When reloading paper, you need to lower the table manually, which can be raised and lowered through the button on the side.
2. Feeder paper feeding: separate the neatly stacked facial paper sheets into the gluing mechanism.
3. Gluing system: After Feida feeds the tissue paper into the roller, the glue is evenly applied to the tissue paper through the action of the roller. The tissue paper is separated from the roller by the scraper, and the tissue paper will be transported to the roller by the conveyor belt. Positioning part.
4. Box pressing mechanism: Strengthen the bottom fit of the positioned facial tissue and the box embryo.
5. Paper roller: Recycle the tissue paper that has not been positioned with the box blanks on the conveyor belt or the remaining tissue paper to reduce the chance of secondary scrapping.
6. Glue bucket: After the glue is melted, it is transported to the glue passing mechanism. A specific time can be set to heat the glue.
