Applications:
A LS-F6 is a rigid box forming machine, This machine can pruducts
the rigid boxes in batches. It can complete side wrapping, edge
folding, tucking and air compression at the same time, which is
suitable for wrapping all kinds of rigid boxes, such as shoe boxes,
gift boxes, mobile phone boxes, perfume boxes and more.
F6 doesn't neet to change pressing plate and spatula. Machine's
double safty protection device ensure the safety. The imported
double high accuracy guiding rails, runing stable and durably. Air
Tac brand pneumatic components, durable. Imported double
high-precision guide, stable and works continuously. Double safety
devices ensure safety. A lead screw was used to control the

3. Shut Down Procedure
1)Retract all cylinders and reset the main shaft to the origin,
2)Turn off the blower;
3)Press the power off button to turn off the power;

Features:
The machine is an ideal automatic tool for processing hardcover and
rigid boxes. The inner box and wrapping paper are carefully placed
on the assembly line by hand, and the placed paper box is placed in
the wooden mold of the machine. The machine works automatically,
and the box gluing, edge bending and bubble pressing will be
completed at the same time.
Up to 30 hardcover boxes can be produced per minute, which greatly
increases the efficiency of hardcover box production and saves
production costs. Because each action is mechanical to complete,
standardized production greatly improves product quality.
