About LS-1200B.

LS-1200B Automatic cardboard grooving machine is using for cardboard V shape slots grooving. It can groove at 80-140 degree V slots. It can groove 8 slot at a time (Depend on cardboard size). Working speed is 40m/min, around 100-200 pcs/min.
LS-1200B has applied belt feeding syatem and double alligning system to ensure the constant and accurate cardboard feeding to grooving area. In the grooving area, it applies big roller which diameter is 60cm and pressing belt to convey card board pass the grooving blade. After finished, the conveyor will convey grooved cardboard to the front side, corner waste and slots waste will be feeding to the back side.
This roller grooving machine has start from 2012, Now it is popular in the packing industries. It is an ideal equipment for cardboard, MDF board and thin paper grooving.

2.Double cardboard feeding device

Finished two direction grooving in one machine at same time

3. Double alligning system

Ensured feeding the cardboard staightly to the feeding area.

Totally 8 blade seat which is able to installed blade holder.

6. Grooving angle adjusment.

It can adjust the grooving slots from 80-140 degree.

7. Upgrade blade holder

Upgrade from ond type, easier for setting. Installed left&right blade here.

8. Grooving blade.

V-shape grooving blade, including two types. 90 degree and 120 degree blades.

9. Waste cleaning conveyor.

Remove corner waste and slots waste out from the finished products.

Working range of LS-1200B

Cardboard

Thickness at 0.8-4mm. Cardboard is a reproduced material by waste paper. It is cheap and has good quality.

MDF board

Thickness at 1-3mm.MDF board is widely applied in the wine box, jewelry box etc. It is reproduced by wood material.

Thin paper

Thickness at 500-800 gsmIt is thinner than cardboard. Mostly has been laminated processing. This is one time finished product, higher value than cardboard and MDF. Only applied in high value packing.

Working process

1. Cardboard split to require size

Cutting the cardboard to require size by die cutting machine or cardboard spliting machine

2. Half cut on the B side

Half cutting by die cutting machine. Ensure the four corner will be removed easily after grooving.

3. First cardboard feeding

Feeding the cardboard, A side at upside.

4. Second cardboard feeding

Change direction, feeding the cardboard, A side at upside.

5. Finished products

After finished grooving, the corner waste and v-slots waste will be removed when it passing the waste cleaning conveyor.
