LS-450B Automatic Visual Positioning Machine. It is revolutionary product in rigid box making. In the past, most rigid box positioning is applied the manual spotting or the sensor box positioning. Enclosed is the rigid box making process. The box spotting is core of box making. Which combine the cardboard and paper together with help of glue.

So that we have developed our box positioning machine with the camera assist technology and Robotic arm from Yamaha. The camera assist technology’s principle is taking photos of paper, then deliver the picture’s data to IPC, the Visual software in IPC will calculating the position of paper.
