Introduction:
Automatic Case Making Machine For Hardcover, Book Cover, Case, Etc. This machine is also called as gluing and spotter machine. It can finish paper gluing and pasting case/ hardcover on the glued paper automatically, which is widely used for rigid box making, book cover making, paper lining and even album, game board making.

As the visual positioning has stable and high positioning accuracy than manual positioning. It has faster model changing speed than sensor positioning. The fastest setting time of visual positioning part is 7 minutes.

The use of glue tank

1. The part of the water in the plastic bucket must be filled with clean water until it is 9 minutes full. Pay attention to adding water frequently during use. If there is no water and electric heating tube, it will be burned.
2. In machine use, the glue should be added to the part of the glue in the plastic bucket, and then the machine should be turned on after it is completely melted. If the glue is not completely melted, the glue pump will be stuck and cannot be operated.
3. When the glue concentration in the glue bucket is too high and the viscosity is too strong, you can manually add water to dilute the glue to a suitable concentration
4. When the bucket glue melts, do not turn on the glue mixing motor
