Introduction:

LS-450plus Visual box positioning machine is an automatic production equipment integrating gluing and positioning

1. Paper feeding table:The paper can be placed on the table and separated by feeder. When the paper is reduced, the table will automatically rise to the paper suction position. When re loading the paper, the table needs to be lowered manually, which can be raised or lowered through the side button.

2. Feeder feeding paper:The neatly stacked paper sheets are separated into the glue passing mechanism.

3. Gluing system:Feeder will feeding paper into the drum, after the role of the drum, glue evenly coated on the face of the paper, the scraper will separate the face paper from the drum, the paper will be transported to the positioning part by the conveyor belt.

4. Box pressing:The positioning finished face paper and the box are reinforced at the bottom.

5. Paper roller:The paper that has not finished positioning with the box or the residual paper on the conveyor belt is recycled to reduce the probability of secondary scrap.

6. Glue tank:After the glue is melted, it is transported to the glue passing mechanism, and a specific time can be set to heat the glue.
